Reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. The total shown at checkout includes the disclosed chauffeur gratuity and any selected add-ons. Additional customer-requested stops, waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking, airport fees, or extraordinary service requirements may result in additional charges when disclosed and applicable.
Vehicles shown are examples of the applicable class. If an exact model becomes unavailable, a comparable or upgraded vehicle may be substituted when reasonably necessary.
The customer is responsible for entering an accurate passenger and luggage count. Transportation may be declined when the requested load cannot be transported safely or legally. Executive Sprinter service is offered for groups up to 14 passengers and up to 14 bags, subject to the specific luggage dimensions and safe loading.
Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats may be requested during booking. The customer is responsible for providing accurate child information and confirming that the selected restraint is appropriate for the child. Availability must be confirmed with the reservation.
Smoking and illegal activity are prohibited in vehicles. Customers may be responsible for reasonable cleaning, repair or damage costs caused by the passenger party beyond normal use.
Customers should keep the provided mobile phone available around pickup time. Airport and non-airport waiting policies may vary by service type and operational conditions and will be communicated when material.

Hourly reservations keep the selected vehicle and chauffeur available for the reserved period, subject to the stated vehicle minimum. Sedan, SUV and First Class hourly reservations have a 2-hour minimum; Executive Sprinter and Jet Sprinter hourly reservations have a 3-hour minimum. Jet Sprinter is offered only for premium hourly/chartered service and is not available for airport transfers. Additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate, plus chauffeur gratuity.
